Dosage

1. Gleaming Skin, Hair, Nails Formula - 1 capsule once daily with warm water.
2. Gandhak Rasayan - 1 tablet once daily with warm water.
3. Phyllanthus Niruri - 1 capsule once daily with warm water.
4. Dermo Plan Syrup, Livo Plan Syrup - 1 teaspoonful twice daily with warm water.

Open up the capsules and pour the ingredients in a bowl and mix them with the Syrups. Crush the tablet and mix the powder in the syrup and then feed the child this mixture twice daily.
